Our integrative therapy approach

At Spirit of Health, we integrate mental, physical, nutritional, and spiritual therapy modalities to help you heal. Our therapists collaborate to help you find balance between mind, body, and spirit using a range of tailored treatments, allowing for a more powerful, tailored healing journey.

Mind-focused therapy treatments

At Spirit of Health, we have a number of experienced mental health practitioners on our team, allowing us to provide flexible, tailored, and comprehensive therapy treatments for our patients. Your provider will complete an assessment and consult with any other providers to develop an integrated treatment plan.

Psychologists

Our psychologists help people learn to cope with stressful situations, overcome addictions, manage chronic illnesses, and can diagnose a condition or provide insights into the way a person thinks, feels, and behaves

Psychotherapists

Psychotherapists at Spirit of Health assess and treat mental health and addiction conditions. While they cannot offer a definitive diagnosis of mental health conditions, they can help treat them with introspective therapy

Occupational Therapists

Occupational Therapists are responsible for helping people perform, participate, and exercise appropriately in work and life, whether it’s managing daily tasks, like doing dishes or completing work-related tasks

Mindfulness Meditation Facilitators

Our mindfulness meditation facilitators teach people how to pay attention to the present moment without judging thoughts or feelings. They work to reduce stress, help people cope with emotions, and calm the mind

Naturopathic Doctors

Our Naturopathic Doctors offer alternatives to traditional medical care, including Acupuncture, Homeopathy, Herbal Medicine, and diet, sleep, and exercise treatment plans

How integrative therapy works

Your assessing practitioner will assess lifestyle factors and prescribe a personalized treatment plan. This might include working with a number of practitioners at the same time, like a nutritionist, occupational therapist, yoga facilitator, and psychologist or psychotherapist. You can also directly sign up for these therapies without the integrative assessment.
